| 2 | cups | cooked brown rice | |

| 1-1/2 | cups | salsa | |
|  | |||
| 1 | can | (15 oz.) black beans, drained | |
|  | |||
| 1 | cup | frozen corn, thawed | |
|  | |||
| 2 | tablespoons | ripe olives, sliced | |
|  | |||
| 1 | teaspoon | chili powder | |
|  | |||
| 4 | ounces | cheddar cheese, shredded | |
|  | |||
In a bowl, combine rice, salsa, beans, corn, olives and chili powder.  Transfer to a greased microwave safe 8-inch square dish.  Cover and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.  Stir;  Microwave for 2-3 minutes more or until heated through.  Sprinkle with cheese;
Microwave for 30-60 seconds to melt cheese.
